End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE "TRIP PLANNER" APPLICATION ("APPLICATION").
By using this Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the Application.

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, remain with the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost data, business interruption, or inaccurate information) arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Developer's jurisdiction.
